I really liked the remodeled place it had great Wi-Fi, a luxurious experience that makes me want to return.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was newly decorated and well-run, it had amazing location short walk to a supermarket and local shops nearby, the tram stop which goes to the old town in one direction and bus station on the other and Bilbao...

The hotel was excellent and had all the modern charm coupled with an exceptional service.

The service here is excellent, with convenient nearby parking, and it's located close to the extraordinary Guggenheim and many other attractions.

The location of this hotel is perfect for travelers. It is next to the funicular and close to the Guggenheim museum and the Old Town. We loved the exceptional little kitchen in our spacious, clean and comfortable room. the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel had plenty of good quality tableware.

The room and the hallways were dark and gloomy.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bilbao. The location was perfect - it was close to public transportation and major tourist attractions, yet the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel was also conveniently located near a grocery store and several bars and cafes. It was so easy to get around either on foot or by taking a bus, train, or tram. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including great facilities and a tasty breakfast. I especially loved that it was just a short walk to the amazing Guggenheim museum and a 15-minute stroll to the charming Old Town. it was a wonderful experience!
